I had ordered this from Lakeside Collection for my daughter, Annie. It had originally arrived damaged. we sent it back, asking for it to be replaced. Instead I was refunded the purchase price. Not the shipping costs, just the purchase price. I called them to fix that, and was on hold on a toll call for a half an hour with no resolution. I sent them 2, count them 2, emails cancelling this order. As you can see, they did not cancel it, they shipped it out today.
I will never do business with these incompetents again.
